Please complete and return this form to us to enable work to begin on your appointment. By accepting our engagement terms you authorise Malosi Accountants to act as your registered Tax Agent. If you do not complete this form, but continue to provide us with information and instructions, we will assume that you have accepted our appointment to act as your registered tax agent and to pay all fees. Fees for the Services will be invoiced and are payable within 5 business days and prior to lodgment of your income tax return. Fees for the Services will be deducted directly from your tax refund. In accordance with professional standards requirements, your refund will be deposited into our Trust Account with our professional fees deducted and the balance of the funds forwarded to you as agreed.
